St. Mark's Spiritual Assessment

Completing the Spiritual Assessment

Each of the five Core Discipleship Values is represented in the questions which follow.  After you read them, assess your own personal Christian experience by circling the number which best represents the frequency with which you observe the statement to occur in your life.  Please remember that these statements are to help you assess where you are in your own personal experience, not where you wish you were, or where you want to be.  This is a self-assessment; it is for your personal use only.  It can help you see approximately where you are and help you determine in what areas you may need to focus.
