These groups are entry points into St. Mark's. They are designed to draw together larger groups of people who share common interests. These groups typically meet monthly and are open to new members any time.
MOMS UnpluggedIf you are a mom with children ages birth through high school, our MOMS Unplugged is a group for you. Dedicated to providing a positive Christian support network for its members, this group includes educational, emotional, and social experiences that influence and enrich the well being of its members and the lives of their children. This year’s focus will be on taking care of ourselves emotionally, spiritually, and physically so that we can be the moms and women God desires us to be. MOMS Unplugged meets the first Wednesday of the month, 7:00-8:30pm, in the parlor. New 2011 session runs from October 5 - May 2, 2012. Common Threads - A Prayer Shawl Ministry of Prayer, Encouragement, and Gifting Join us as we share God's love by knitting or crocheting creations woven with prayer and Scripture. Meeting every third Thursday, 7:00-8:30 pm, room 205WC (Burlington campus). October 20 - May 17, 2012. "Threads of Hope" Dishcloth Ministry If you knit or crochet, or if you would like to learn, join us as we provide handmade dishcloths to Loaves and Fishes and the God Did It House.
